Since 1994, Landmark Snack owners Chad and Courtney have never stopped expanding. It was common to see the walls torn down at their original facility in Diller, Nebraska every few years in order to make room for more production. In 2015, they - literally - ran out of physical room to grow and ventured to nearby Beatrice to open Landmark Snacks and expand their co-packing business. Now, in 2025, Chad and Courtney are proud to announce the company's expansion with a second facility in Beatrice. This second facility will be owned and operated by Landmark Snacks, continuing the family-led and locally owned business, while being solely dedicated to producing products for Chomps.

Landmark Snacks is currently a co-manufacturer for Chomps, a fast-growing meat stick brand, whom have redefined snacking with a commitment to real ingredients and bold, satisfying flavors. Landmark Snacks is proud to produce high-quality snacks and is honored to be trusted by Chomps to build and execute a new facility.

Construction will begin in early 2026, with an estimated completion date of May 2027. Their current facility sits at 87,000 sq. ft., while the new facility will be approximately 160,000 sq. ft., built completely from the ground up. The new facility will be custom-built to Chomp's rigorous specifications, while prioritizing local contractors. The facility is expected to create 150 new jobs in the community and will not affect current jobs at the first facility. ​
