Machine Operator - 1st, 2nd, & Weekend Shift

First Shift: Monday - Thursday; 10 hour shifts starting around 6:15 a.m. 

Second Shift: Monday - Thursday; 10 hour shifts starting around 4 p.m.

Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday; 12 hour shifts

Core Responsibilities:

  • Set-up and operate meat production and packaging machines.

  • Verify proper packaging and label information and maintain records through computer-based systems and written hard copy documentation.

  • Assist in quality checks.

  • Perform basic troubleshooting on the machine and assist in changeovers as needed.

  • Maintain good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned spaces.
