Machine Operator - 1st, 2nd, & Weekend Shift
First Shift: Monday - Thursday; 10 hour shifts starting around 6:15 a.m.
Second Shift: Monday - Thursday; 10 hour shifts starting around 4 p.m.
Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday; 12 hour shifts
Core Responsibilities:

Set-up and operate meat production and packaging machines.

Verify proper packaging and label information and maintain records through computer-based systems and written hard copy documentation.

Assist in quality checks.

Perform basic troubleshooting on the machine and assist in changeovers as needed.

Maintain good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned spaces.
