Parts and Supplies Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator
Overview
Maintains an inventory of all parts and general plant supplies and manages purchasing to maintain adequate inventory levels. Assists as needed with the maintenance team to coordinate needed parts and work orders within the system.
Core Responsibilities:​

Coordinate improvements to the inventory of parts and supplies.

Maintain inventory levels necessary for the plant to conduct daily business.

Work with the maintenance team to manage work orders and the communication between the maintenance and production teams.

Place purchase orders for parts to maintain inventory levels

Place purchase orders for supplies to maintain inventory levels.

Monitor parts usage per machine to help the maintenance manager identify problems.
