Oven Operator 

Monday - Friday, 8 hour shifts, weekends occasional

Start times vary, Second and Third shift positions available

Core Responsibilities

  • Prepare oven cooking schedule

  • Prep, load and unload ovens

  • Monitor cooking throughout the day

  • Take and record preliminary PH and/or Water Activity readings

  • Download oven graphs

  • Clean ovens on prescribed schedule

  • Make changes to oven programs as directed
