The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual overseeing the company's financial records and account personnel. They will maintain all procedures and controls related to the company's financial accounts.

Core Responsibilities

  • Timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and working with outside accountants on Reviewed Financial Statements and Tax Returns

  • Oversee all accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and other accounting functions

  • Oversee daily cash management and projected cash needs

  • Risk management - work with insurance carriers to ensure adequate coverage

  • Manage all office staff and functions, including human resources

  • Manage external audits

  • Review and manage company contracts

  • Improve cost analysis and find ways to reduce costs and improve the bottom line

  • Work with the plant manager to develop additional operating metrics

  • Assist owners in developing future plans for capital expenditures and staffing for future growth


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or 10+ years of related experience

  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills
